By using FaroMatch’ services or website (https://faromatch.online), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Key Definitions

  • "You" or "Customer": Refers to the individual or entity using our website and services, agreeing to these terms.
  • "FaroMatch," "We," "Us," or "Our": Refers to Reservation Center LLC, a booking platform acting as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers, located at 1145 E 35th Avenue, Apt 7K, Brooklyn, NY, 11210, USA.
  • "Travel Supplier": Includes airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, cruise lines, or other travel-related service providers.

All terms used here apply to the offer, acceptance, and payment for our services, in compliance with U.S. law. Terms like singular/plural or he/she/they are interchangeable.

Conditions of Use

To use our website or services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, which is protected under our Privacy Policy.
  • Be responsible for all payments, changes, or cancellations related to your booking.
  • Use our services only for lawful reservations for yourself or others.

Booking and Payment

When booking through FaroMatch, you authorize us or a third-party provider to act as your agent during the booking process with the travel supplier. We will:

  • Process payments on your behalf through secure third-party payment processors.
  • Issue tickets and charge you based on the selected product.
  • Clearly disclose all charges upfront with no hidden fees before confirming your booking.

You must provide accurate payment information. We are not responsible for price increases due to payment issues. Tickets and confirmations will be sent to the email provided during booking.

Refunds and Cancellations

Voluntary Cancellations

You may request a refund at least 24 hours before the flight’s departure, subject to the airline’s fare rules. Some tickets are non-refundable or partially refundable. Refundable amounts depend on unused travel portions.

A $150 processing fee per ticket applies for cancellations or changes through our customer care team to cover administrative costs. Refunds are processed within 20 business days to the original payment method, though processing times may vary based on your bank or the airline’s policies.

Involuntary Cancellations

If an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, you may choose alternative travel options or request a refund, subject to airline policies. We are not responsible for costs arising from airline changes or cancellations but will assist in resolving issues where possible.

Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks for:

  • Non-refundable bookings.
  • Failure to cancel or use services as per these terms.
  • Issues caused by third parties or uncontrollable events (e.g., force majeure).

Baggage Allowance

Baggage policies vary by airline. Please check your order confirmation and the airline’s website directly for specific allowances, size, and weight limits. FaroMatch is not responsible for additional baggage fees charged by airlines.

Intellectual Property

All content on https://faromatch.online, including text, images, and logos, is owned by FaroMatch or its partners and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Travel Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all travel requirements, including:

  • Valid identification (e.g., U.S. driver’s license, passport).
  • Visas or other entry documents, if required.
  • Health requirements (e.g., vaccinations or medical clearances, if applicable).

FaroMatch is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to non-compliance with travel requirements.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, refunds or rebookings are subject to airline policies and may incur additional fees as determined by the airline.

Limitation of Liability

FaroMatch and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Losses or damages due to errors, inaccuracies, or unavailability of services.
  • Issues caused by travel suppliers, including cancellations or changes.
  • Damages from unauthorized access, viruses, or data loss.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We will assist in resolving supplier-related issues where possible. Our total liability will not exceed the total fees paid for the booking. Claims must be filed within 180 days of purchase.

Indemnification

You agree to protect FaroMatch and its affiliates from any third-party claims arising from your use of our services, violation of laws, or breach of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through fair and neutral binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s rules in Dallas County, Texas, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. No class actions are permitted. Each party pays their own legal fees.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Delaware law. Any legal actions (outside arbitration) must be filed in Dallas County, Texas courts.
